A short drive north of Yandina, on a beautifully maintained property with a farm yard atmosphere, is Kumfy Kats. The cattery has been operating since 2006 and was established with an idea in mind, of how I, (the owner) would like to have my cats cared for.
Therefore, the cattery is about: comfort, space, quality food, and hygiene.  Kumfy Kats is NOT about numbers.

Comfort and Space
The Cattery consists of rooms not cages, offering their own indoor space and courtyard, consisting of sleeping area and scratchy pole. Rooms have access to fully enclosed garden for individual use with climbing towers and resting places.
We also have extra-large runs for multi-cat households, with own sleeping quarters and outdoor runs with climbing activities.

We cater for long-term stays, visitors are welcome – no appointments necessary. We invite you however to visit within opening hours (7:30-9:30am and 3-4pm Monday to Saturday). Our staff will show you around.  Our senior staff have been with me for many years and are all experienced in cat behaviour, needs, safety, and medications.

Quality Food
Each cat is fed dry food in the morning and in the afternoon. Ours is a mixture of Royal Canin and Black Hawk. The afternoon feeding consists of fresh kangaroo and chicken meat. Tinned tuna is on hand for any cat requiring.
Owners can supply their own food if preferred. Please note that this does not change the daily tariff.

Hygiene
Hygiene is a huge priority at Kumfy Kats. Litter trays are changed daily with high quality litter, thus eliminating unnecessary odours. Rooms are cleaned with the very best boarding facility products. All linen, food, water bowls and litter trays are supplied.
