CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- All cats must produce a current vaccination certificate administered by a registered veterinarian.
- All cats vaccinated for the first time must be vaccinated at least 10 days prior to entering the cattery.
- A flea and tick control must be administered at least two (2) days before entering. If we find evidence of fleas on bedding, we will administer a Bravecto. Additional fees will apply.
- Any cat arriving with medication must have a printed letter on administering procedure of any drug.
- No extra fee will be applied for administration of drugs in opening hours, but extra fee applies if medication is to be given outside opening hours (e.g. insulin).
- If your cat is on medication and suffers from anxiety from being in a different environment and we are unable to safely give your cat its medication, we will transfer your cat to our vet to administer at the owner’s expense.
- If your cat needs veterinarian assistance whilst in our care and your vet is outside our travelling distance, we will be using the services of our vet at Cooroy. We will contact your vet for any information needed. Any veterinary expenses that may occur during your cats stay is the responsibility of the owner.
- Please advise staff if you do not want your cat to use the garden area.
- We supply fresh kangaroo, chicken, and some brands of tinned food once a day. If you require special wet food, you must supply your own (at owner’s expense).
- Our dry food mix consists of Royal Canine and Black Hawk. This is given twice daily. If your cats require a speciality dry food you must supply your own (at owner’s expense).
- All care and attention are given to each cat by our very experienced staff, but no responsibility will be taken for any unexpected illness or accident.
